Workout Away Revive™ is our signature yoga-inspired stretching class that anyone can do. You don't have to be a traditional yogi to fall in love with this restorative session.

You'll practice energising sun salutations to develop full-body strength and flexibility. You'll challenge balance and coordination with powerful standing stretches and move through seated twists to alleviate stress and restore energy levels.
